Superhippo sought help with a stalled Collectible Card Game project. We spearheaded a project reset and led creation of Throne of Legends from concept to post-launch plan.
The project faced stakeholder scepticism, scope creep and underdeveloped Economy Design, Illustration and Animation pipelines.

We reworked the core design and built economy simulations to confirmed the new direction which dramatically lowered art workload while keeping the concept We also provided focused system & economy design coaching to prepare the design department for running a complex live game.
WHAT HAPPENED NEXT
The new design secured enthusiastic stakeholder buy-in and approval for needed resources in all critical areas. TOL launched on schedule at no. 1 Top Grossing on the Nutaku platform and has been a regular Top 10 grossing game on the platform since launch.
